Agnes Imelda Driscoll

Heaven's light brightened on April 22, 2026, as Agnes Imelda Driscoll passed suddenly from our world to begin her eternal journey with our Lord. 

The youngest child of Patrick and Nellie Driscoll, Agnes was born 6/22/1943 in Brooklyn, NY. There is comfort knowing that she is welcomed into heaven by her parents and siblings, William, Mary, Patricia, and John. 

Agnes, a long-time Mahwah resident, found a career with the Mahwah Board of Education, touching the lives of all who met her. Upon retirement she enjoyed volunteering at her parish, Immaculate Heart of Mary. She traveled, with her favorite destination being Ireland. Agnes was an avid reader. She loved taking and sharing photos and spending time with her family and friends. 

Agnes leaves a void in the lives of her children, Patti (Ron) Strephans and Kevin (Sherry) Grzanka and her five grandchildren, Kyle, Cole, and Tyler Pfeifer (and their father, Kurt) and Gehrig and Jack Grzanka. 

She will be missed dearly by all her family and friends. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 11 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary R.C. Church in Mahwah.
