Alexander Sukhoplyasov

Alexander Sukhoplyasov, 60, of Mahwah, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July, 20th.

Beloved husband of Nataliya, loving father of son Pavel and daughter-in-law Alexandra, and daughter Maria. Alex has been blessed with two granddaughters Mia and Mila, whom he cherished and enjoyed spending time with. 

A life enthusiast, Alex was lighting up every room with his smile and positivity. His sense of humor has always been a great support and comfort for his friends and family during harsh times.

He enjoyed hiking, biking, boating and being outside in serine nature in general.

Alex always kept himself busy with all kind of projects, small and not so small. If he is not out trimming bushes and cutting grass then he is in his garage sewing together a cover for the boat, building a sauna from scratch, or fixing something that Natalia and Maria would break.

There was nothing that Alex could not do - that word simply was not in his vocabulary. With some help from internet and home depot he was able to renovate two houses and fix the unfixable.

We were all blessed and spoiled by his presence in our lives. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 from 5 PM - 7 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Avenue, Ramsey, NJ. Cremation will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Alexander to the American Heart Association, heart.org or plant a tree.
