Anne (Failla) Pita

Anne Pita (nee Failla), 100, on January 27, 2021 of Allenwood, NJ. Beloved wife of the late Frank Pita Jr. Cherished aunt of Aurelius Licata, Catherine Meli, James Licata, Anthony Licata, Joseph Licata Jr., Steven Licata, Thomas Licata, Paul Licata, Antonio Pita Jr. and Ricardo Pita. Dear sister of the late Letizia Licata. Adored great aunt of Marissa, Nicole, Julia, Olivia, Laura, Samantha, Mary, Joseph, Michael, Johnathan, Christopher, Thomas, Mathew and Mackenzie. Cousin of Mary Sinatra and Lee Vadala. Anne taught in the New York School System for almost 50 years. She enjoyed living in Florida, listening to her books on tape, classical music and visiting with family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 from 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey with a funeral mass being celebrated at 10:45 AM at St. Paul R.C. Church in Ramsey. (the mass will be live streamed)

Interment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah.
