Armando Nesci

Armando Nesci 89 of Ramsey passed away gently Wednesday, November 23, 2022.  Loved by family & friends.  Known as a compassionate & loving Husband, Father, Father-in-Law, Grandfather, Brother, Brother-in-Law, Uncle & Friend.  Born in Italy in 1933 he along with his big brother Andrew made the trip from their hometown to America in 1947.  Reuniting with their father Giuseppe that year and eventually their mother Theresa, big sister Antoinette in 1958.  Armando, Antoinette & Andrew remained close establishing traditions with their respective families.  Their families remain close to this day, thanks to the three of them.  Armando never forgot the family members still residing in his homeland.  Always making it a point to keep in touch.  Hardly failing to reach out for birthdays, anniversaries & holidays.  Always a hard working provider, Armando could always be counted on to step up for his family, especially his children.  He adored both his daughter Adrienne and son Andrew.  Armando was predeceased by his Mother (Theresa ’66), Father (Giuseppe ‘68), brother (Andrew ’04) and sister (Antoinette ’11).  In addition to his children, Armando is survived by his wife of 58yrs Irma of Chestnut Ridge, his son-in-law Peter, his grandchildren Daniella & Michael and their life partners Molly & Isabella.  He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.  He loved them all so very much.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 from 4 - 8 PM with a service being conducted at 6 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey.
