Barbara B. Longchamp

Barbara B. Longchamp, 68, of Stamford, CT on November 1, 2023 passed away peacefully in her home with Robbie her love of 44 years at her side. Barbara was born in the Bronx, NY to Angeline and Ernest Buonocore and spent her childhood and formative years in the Bronx, Westwood, NJ, outside of Philadelphia, and Wyckoff, NJ, where she graduated from Ramapo Regional High School.  She then attended and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University, and embarked on a diverse and successful career in Sales and Marketing. Baba or Bones as she was affectionately called by friends and family is survived by her wonderful father Ernest, brothers Bill (Beth) and Tom (Roni), Nephews-who she adored- Matt (Jess) and Dan (Lexi)-and her great Nephews Jaxon and Mason. Barbara also leaves (in body) her ex-husband Rob Longchamp. They divorced in 1987, but it didn't ever really "work" and they have been 'defacto' spouses for almost all of the 36 ensuing years. Barb brought great energy and passion to all that she did, and was a very genuine, caring, and dependable person who was respected and loved by those fortunate to know her well and she will be deeply missed. Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2023 from 2-6 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey, NJ.
