Caroline D'Anna

Caroline D’Anna, 97, of Mahwah, passed away August 4, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Julius D’Anna, who predeceased her in 2000. Loving mother of David and Marge D’Anna, Diane and Joseph Antonacci, Gina and Frank Iozzia, Carolyn D’Anna, and Doreen and Curtis Kane. Loving grandmother of Kristin, Daryl, Michael, Nicholas, Derek, Steven, Alexandra, Jack, Danna, Erica, and Michael and great-grandchildren Lucy, Henry, Nora, Sienna, and Scarlett. Devoted sister of Florence, Joseph, Mildred, and Tony. Caroline enjoyed hosting her family in Ortley Beach every summer since 1980. Caroline loved spending time with her family and friends, winning bingo, crocheting, and playing endless games of cards. Her presence brought warmth and light to every room, and her quick wit never failed to spark laughter and joy.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 10 AM at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church in Mahwah. Interment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Caroline to the American Cancer Society.
