Clinton D. Lynch, 73, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2026, at his home in Ramsey, New Jersey, following a hard-fought battle with glioblastoma, surrounded by his family and in the loving embrace of his devoted wife, Donna.
A lifelong resident of the town he deeply loved, Clint was born and raised in Ramsey, NJ, where he built a life defined by hard work, generosity, loyalty, and love. He was the youngest child of the late Doris Carlough Lynch and Thomas Lynch, and was predeceased by his brother, Thomas Lynch. He is survived by his sister, Tara Wooton, of West Virginia.
Clint met the love of his life, Donna Ford—also a Ramsey native—and together they shared a beautiful life and raised three children: Nicole, Michelle, and Clinton. He was a proud and loving husband, father, and grandfather, and the steady, supportive presence his family could always count on.
He leaves behind his wife, Donna; his children and their spouses, Nicole and Rich Khezzar, Michelle and Chris Barredo, and Clint and Daniella Lynch; and his eight cherished grandchildren: Remi Khezzar (5); Charlotte (5.5), Carter (3.5), and Caroline (1.5) Barredo; and Logan (6.5), Reagan (4.5), Jason (2.5), and Reese Lynch (7 months). Being “Papa” was one of the things he loved most.
Clint was an accomplished businessman, who was respected for his great leadership and loyalty. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded two companies, Production Supply Company and Lynch Metals simultaneously in 1991. Through dedication, integrity, and hard work, he successfully grew the company and sold it to Metals USA in 2007, where he continued to work until his retirement in 2018.
A gifted athlete, Clint had a lifelong passion for sports. He was a standout baseball catcher for Ramsey High School before continuing his athletic career at Franklin & Marshall College, where he was later inducted into the Franklin & Marshall Hall of Fame—an honor he was deeply proud of. A true Ramsey Ram through and through, he remained a devoted supporter of Ramsey sports, first as an athlete, then as a proud father watching his children play, and finally as a loyal fan until the very end.
Outside of work, Clint found joy in life’s simple and meaningful pleasures. He was an avid golfer and proud member of Arcola Country Club, where he enjoyed playing with family, friends and colleagues. He loved animals, especially his German Shepherds, traveling with his family, and spending summers at his home in Long Beach Island. He took immense pride in his flowers and the ten acres of land in Ramsey where he grew up and lovingly transformed into a farm, Lynlough Acres, where he grew and sold trees. It is now also where his entire family lives on each of the 4 corners of the property- his true dream.
Clint was known for his generosity and kindness, always giving back to the community that shaped him. He supported schools, sports programs, and countless individuals, never seeking recognition—only wanting to help. Above all else, Clint’s greatest pride and joy was his family. His strength, love, guidance, and unwavering support shaped generations, and his legacy lives on through his children and grandchildren, who will carry his values forward.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 200 Wyckoff Ave, Ramsey, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 1:00 PM, also at St. Paul RC Church.
Clinton D. Lynch will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father and grandfather, loyal friend, respected businessman, and a proud Ramsey native whose life was defined by love, generosity, and purpose. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
