Denise Terrarosa

Denise Terrarosa, 66, of Ramsey, NJ, passed away Wednesday, December 11th. Born in Brooklyn, NY, raised in North Bergen, NJ. She is survived by her brothers, Billy and Gary, sister Michele as well as her daughters Samantha, Ariel and her grandson Calamus. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Jim, her parents Marion and Louis, and brother Jimmy. She spent her adult life raising her daughters, building a beautiful home and participating as a steadfast community member in Ramsey as well as at her workplace, Valley Hospital. Denise found joy embraced by fresh air and salt water, especially on a sailboat. She was appreciated deeply by all the beings she cared for, as evidenced by her thriving gardens and house plants, and wagging tails of 4-legged family members over the years.

Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, December 20th from 4-8 PM and Saturday, December 21st from 10 AM-12 PM with a service being conducted at 11 AM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lupus Foundation of America or the Bergen County Animal Shelter.
