Jeff Keri

Jeff Keri aged 57, passed away unexpectedly on May 3, 2023.

A life long resident of Mahwah, Jeff was a kind, gentle and funny person with a unique style and sense of humor. Jeff was passionate about his love of cars. He was an accomplished model car builder and loved NASCAR and Indy racing. He loved all types of music, especially Rush. He loved cartooning, converse sneakers and the color purple. He was a huge Star Wars/ Star Trek fan. Jeff was also a member of the Ramapo Valley Railroad Club. Jeff graduated from Mahawh High School and Ramapo College of N.J. He was a longtime employee of Kenlin/Central Pet in Mahwah, but his artistic eye led him to his true calling as an accomplished framer and manager at Michael's in Ramsey. Jeff was predeceased by his parents John and Barbra Keri. He is survived by his sister Karen, brother Chris (Norma), nephew Brian and niece Jennifer, as well as his aunt Barbra Straut and many cousins.  He will be missed by all who knew him, but especially by his two life-long best friends, cousin Mike Straut and Tom Melnick.
