Lance Nehr

Lance Nehr, 75, on July 14, 2021 of Ramsey. Beloved husband of Marianne Nehr (nee Gilboy) for 50 years. Loving father of Marie and Stephen. Dear brother of Christine Reuben and the late Geoffrey Nehr. Lance is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Lance achieved many prestigious awards for his electrical design work on fighter jets and he helped design the periscope on the Trident Submarine. Lance was an avid golfer, enjoyed boating and loved to cook for his family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey, a funeral mass will follow at 12:15 PM at Guardian Angel RC Church in Allendale. Entombment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Lance to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, stjude.org.
