Linda (Turchiarelli) Hunt

Linda is predeceased by her wonderful parents, John and Josephine Turchiarelli, and her beloved husband, William J. Hunt.  She is survived by her loving children, Danielle LoPresti (and her partner Joseph Pressey), Tracy Bommarito (and her partner Edward Tracey), and William J. Hunt III (and his wife Christine), as well as her grandchildren, Devin, Solia, Nicholas, Gabriella, Alexandra, Liam, and Victoria, and step-grandchildren, Sean Tracey (and his wife Daniela), and Daniel Tracey (and his fiance Bella), and her partner, Joseph Lewandoski.  She also leaves behind many dear friends and family members, and all will miss her greatly.

Linda grew up in Palisades Park, where she raised her children, and moved to Mahwah almost 30 years ago.  She treasured her lifelong friendships that spanned almost 70 years.  Anyone who knew Linda knew of her devotion to her children and grandchildren.  Her love for them is irreplaceable.  Linda loved nothing more than spending time with her family, and although she is the only Italian that doesn't like cheese, she loved preparing meals for their weekly Sunday dinners and holidays.  Linda was an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Ramsey and loved to attend service every Sunday.  Later in life she became a huge fan of the Yankees, watching nearly every game.

Everyone who knew her will miss her smile, warmth and big heart, and her children know that life just won't be the same without her.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 4 PM - 8 PM with a service being conducted at 6 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Avenue, Ramsey. 

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to First Presbyterian Church of Ramsey in her name, 15 Shuart Lane, Ramsey, NJ.
