Lisa Marie Cowling

Lisa M. Cowling, 63, of Ramsey, NJ passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving husband Richard and their two children, Richie and Michael.

Lisa was born in Jersey City, NJ in 1962, the second child to Barbara (nee Savoia) and Salvatore Giacchi. She happily married Richard Cowling on October 15, 1988. They were blessed with two beautiful boys Richie (1991) and Michael (1995).

Lisa was the perfect daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt, sister-in-law and friend. The model homemaker and baker and cook. She will always be remembered as being happy. Lisa had a loving heart and her smile shined into the souls of all she met. Truly one of a kind. Gentle, sweet, pretty and smart. Even through her life of adversities and disability, she never made anyone feel uncomfortable. Her warm loving home was always open for all to enjoy. 

Lisa is survived by her wonderful husband Richard, their sons Richie and Michael and his Fiancee Shanan McGraw and just born 06/29/25, first grandchild Ryan Lee. Her big brother John and sons James and Kenneth, her little sister Barbara and her husband Rich and their three children  Lisa and her new husband Matt, Matthew and John.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 10 AM at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 69 Valley Street, Hillsdale, NJ 07642. A celebration of Life Luncheon will be held at 12 Noon at Knights of Columbus, 79 Pascack Road, Township of Washington, NJ 07676.
