Marian H. (Horn) Peer

Marian H. Peer (nee Horn) at age 96, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2023. 

Marian is survived by her children; Deborah of Maryland; Glenn (Suzie) of Albuquerque, NM; Bernard (Linda) of Little Falls, NJ; Nancy (Dave) of Upper Providence Township, PA; and Naples, FL; Amy (Jim) of Newton, NJ; Regina (Gabe) of Apex, NC; and Christopher of Montclair, NJ, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by the love of her life, husband, Robert G. and son, Bobby.

Born on October 27, 1926. Marian recently celebrated her 96th birthday with her family. Happily married for 43 years, Marian and Bob raised their 8 children in Verona, NJ and retired to Toms River, NJ in 1988. ln1997 Marian then moved to Ramsey, NJ to be closer to her children. She was a devout Catholic and member of the Dominican Third Order, West Caldwell, NJ. She taught catechism for over 20 years and sang in the church choir. She was a volunteer member on the Holiday City Toms River 1st Aid squad for over 10 years and among her many hobbies she loved to hand quilt blankets, knit, crochet, play Mahjong and travel. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Love you more.
