Michael Joseph McCue, Jr.

Michael Joseph McCue, Jr. died unexpectedly at Valley Hospital in Paramus, NJ on February 27, 2025 surrounded by loving family. He was 56 years old. Born in Hartford, CT in 1968, he spent most of his childhood in Ramsey, NJ. After graduating from St. Paul School, Ramsey High School and Johnson & Wales College, he soon began his long and productive career at Ecolab. He very much enjoyed his work; having an extensive list of clients who respected him for his honesty, reliability and responsive approach to their ever changing needs.

Mike’s greatest joy in life was Tanja, his wife of 18 years and his deeply loved sons, Luke 16 and Matt 14. Together they fostered in them the value of education, honesty and sportsmanship.

Michael is predeceased by his mother Katherine. His immediate surviving family include his father Michael, his wife Tanja, sons, Luke and Matthew, sisters Kathleen Ameres, Ann Riley and Elizabeth Cunningham and their spouses Gregory, Christopher and Kevin. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews Christi, Keith, Carrie, Jamie and Ben.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from 3 PM - 7 PM with a service being conducted at 6:30 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Avenue, Ramsey.
