Nancy Roselli (Lotito) 88 passed away peacefully in Clearwater, FL on September 22, 2022, she was surrounded by her family after a long battle with lung cancer. She was born on March 6, 1934 in Corato, Italy, Nancy married her childhood sweetheart and beloved surviving husband Louis before immigrating to the US via Ellis Island in 1952. Nancy lived in Mahwah and began working as a seamstress, eagerly waiting for her beloved husband to be cleared to enter the US. In 1955, they moved to Suffern where they raised four children. Nancy worked at Avon, International Paper then onto the USPS where she retired from. In 1978 they moved to Mahwah before retiring to Surfside Beach, SC in 2010.
She was a loving mother of Nick and wife Carol (Diorio) Roselli, Nancy and husband Marc La Londe, Louis and wife Karen (Revell) Roselli, Frank and wife Diana (Klarberg) Roselli. She was a cherished grandmother of Angela Candela, Louis, Rae, Michael, Nicolette and husband Paul Terry, Joseph and wife Veronika Roselli, Stephan, Daniel and great grandmother of Isabella. Dear sisters and brothers of the late Frank, Rosa, Mary, Anna, John, Dominick, and Nick. She is survived by in-law’s Josephine Lotito, Teresa Roselli and Pasquale LaMarca. Her passion for life and laughter was infectious. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and gardening. Her real passion was cooking and baking for her family and friends while always sharing her recipes even when she was hospitalized. She was giving and kind and you never left her home without something in hand whether it be a baked good or a jar of tomato sauce. Above all Nancy loved her family and spending time with them. She will be dearly missed. She had a great devotion to the Blessed Mother and she was a longtime parishioner of Immaculate Conception R.C. Church in Mahwah.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Avenue, Ramsey. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 10 AM at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church in Mahwah. Interment will follow at Valleau Cemetery in Ridgewood.
