Patricia J. Doran

Patricia J. Doran, 86, of Mahwah, NJ, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026.

Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Paul Doran and the devoted mother of Shawn and wife Christine, Marc and wife AnnMarie, Patrick, and Paul. She was the cherished grandmother of Patrick A., Kelly, Shawn, Casey, Marc, Courtney, Jenna, Haley, Cayla, Madeline, Patrick B., and Shannon, all of whom brought her tremendous pride and joy.

She was the dear sister of Judy and Danny and was predeceased by her beloved siblings, Margie and Bud.

Patricia’s greatest happiness in life was her family. She loved spending time together, whether it was celebrating holidays, enjoying family dinners in the backyard by the pool, cheering from the sidelines at her grandchildren’s games throughout the years—she was always their biggest cheerleader and never missed a single game for any of her 12 grandchildren—or showing off her unbeatable skills while playing cards. Her home and her heart were always open.

Patricia was also a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and knew just about everything there was to know about sports.

Patricia will be remembered for her quick wit, her wisdom, her generosity, her devotion to her family, and the many memories she created with those around her. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5 PM to 8 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave., Ramsey. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Presentation in Upper Saddle River. Interment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah.
