Peter Ramon Alfaro

Pete, on May 18, 2024, born October 14, 1955 of Mahwah, NJ. He is survived by his wife Teri Kavakos, Chili his service dog and our other 5 dogs. Son, Peter Alfaro of Dallas, TX. Daughter Jessica Alfaro of Dallas, TX and daughter Katherine Alfaro of Dublin, Ireland.

Pete attended Tulane University where he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and went to work for Sun Chemical as a chemist. Pete returned to school to further his education.  He received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickson with a 4.0 GPA.  He worked for Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley before forming his own business Windward Capital Management. L.L.C. Pete loved Mahwah and had been a volunteer fireman at Company 4 in Fardale for the past 20 years. 

Pete’s hobby was deep sea fishing and he just loved catching tuna.

Memorial Service Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 7 p.m. at The Plant Church, 125 Glasgow Ter, Mahwah, NJ 07430-1635.
