Peter J. Margaritondo AKA Smoochy, 74, on December 27, 2023 of Mahwah formerly of Lyndhurst. Beloved husband of Lois AKA Smoochy. Loving dad of Don. Cherished papete of Derek, Paige and Damian. Dear brother of Vito (Linda), Gino and Maryann. Peter was a US Marine, he served in Vietnam. He lived a happy go lucky life to the fullest. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6 - 8 PM with a prayer service beginning at 7:30 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 5, 2024 at 10 AM at St. Paul R.C. Church in Ramsey. Entombment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Covenant House.
