Peter H. Vink

Beloved husband, father and grandfather Peter Vink was called home to be with the Lord on January 28, 2023. He passed away peacefully in is home in Mahwah, NJ. Peter is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Brenda, his daughter Julie, son Josh, son in law Daniel, daughter in law Rebecca and sister Dorothy. Peter was a loving grandfather to his grandchildren Alexander and Amelia.

He graduated from Eastern Christian High School and was a graduate of Montclair State University. He worked in employment law for 25 years. He was a long time member of Ramapo Reformed Church in Mahwah, where had served as an Elder.

He was a talented oil painter and avid gardener. His love for nature was unmatched. Peter collected minerals and fossils and loved all of Tolkien’s works.

Peter was a beloved father, grandfather, colleague and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him.
