Robert Justiniano of Mahwah, N.J., formerly of Paramus, N.J. and Brooklyn, N.Y. died peacefully on Wed., Feb. 17, 2021 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by his wife Catherine of 56 years. Robert was a veteran of the United States Army. He was later employed by American Cyanamid where he was the International Controller for Corporate Operations. This afforded him the opportunity to travel the world. Yet, this did not prevent him from being the devoted husband and father. Robert is survived by his children and grandchildren: Priscilla Schwartz and her husband Jerry of Mahwah and their son, Justin, John Justiniano and his wife Daria of Warwick and their sons, Nicholas and Daniel, Jack Justiniano and his wife Diane of Pennsylvania, along with their children, Leigh, Robert, Jake, and Melissa. Robert is also survived by his sister, Priscilla and brother, John. Robert had a zest for life and savored every moment of it. He had a passion for dining out, dancing, and music. He also enjoyed spending time with the family at his Pennsylvania vacation home. He will be missed.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 10 AM at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church in Mahwah, NJ. Interment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, Ramsey, NJ.
