Roberta J. (Tashjian) Peterson

Roberta J. Peterson (nee Tashjian), 78, on June 24, 2021 of Whiting, NJ formerly of Teaneck. Beloved wife of Walter. Loving mother of Martyne Rockefeller and husband David, Michael Donofrio and wife Ashley and the late Judith Donofrio. Cherished grandmother of Alexandra, Zachary, Michael Jr., Joseph and Charlotte. Dear sister of Anne Durkin and Judith Reda. Also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. Roberta enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family and loved their tradition of going to Wildwood Crest every summer.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey, NJ. A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 10 AM at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, cancer.org in honor of her daughter Judith Donofrio.
