Rose Denise (Marchese) Bandstra

Rose Denise Bandstra nee Marchese, 66, of Allendale NJ, departed earth for heaven on August 20, 2024 after a battle with heart disease.

Rose was a long time resident of Allendale NJ, formerly of Vernon NJ and Demarest NJ, and was born in the Bronx NY.

She is survived by her mother Joan Marchese, father Alfonse Marchese, loving husband Ronald Bandstra and beloved son Joshua Allan Bandstra.  Dear sister of Gregg Marchese and Terri McLaughlin, as well as many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.

Rose was a favorite teacher at Bergen Community College and St. Joseph's Catholic school and is fondly remembered for her engaging teaching manner and her positive impact on her students.

Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024  from 10 AM - 12 PM with a memorial service beginning at 12 PM at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Avenue, Ramsey.
