Theresa Stewen

Maria Theresa Stewen, 83, of Ramsey, NJ peacefully passed away on September 18, 2023.  Theresa, as she was affectionately known, was born September 24, 1939 in Germany.  She married her beloved Horst in 1964, moved to Jersey City, NJ in the late 1960's and settled in Ramsey for 52 years.  She worked in Banking, spanning a career of 22 years. During that time, she held various roles from teller to Manager, and experienced four different mergers along the way.  She was proud of her role as Mother to Robert, Bernie (Holly), Klaus (Kristin) and the late Rich (Christienne). She was thoroughly enjoying her role as adored Grandmother of Piper, Matty, Drew and Emma. An animal lover and a truly kind soul, a welcome hug awaited all those who visited their home. She will be sorely missed.
