Vicente D. Cueva

Vicente D. Cueva, of Ramsey, NJ passed away peacefully at Valley Hospital on Wednesday, July 31,2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 9, 1935 in Paccha, Ecuador. He is predeceased by his parents Flavio and Petronila Cueva and his daughter Jannine Cueva Demeritt. Vicente is survived by the love of his life of 68 years, his wife Graciela Cueva San Lucas, his children Gina, Teresita, Vinny and his children in law Annemarie, John, Anne and Bill.Cherished grandfather of Alexander, Vincent, Nicole, Spencer, Justin, Jessica, Alexandra, Joseph, Julia, Corina, Anthony, Dayna, and three great grand children Gianna, Ava and Llewyn. Vicente enjoyed traveling, playing and watching soccer games, gardening, cooking and most of all spending time with his family. Vicente always kept himself busy with all kind of projects, small and not so small. There was nothing he couldn’t do. We were all blessed and spoiled by his presence in our lives. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held Sunday, August 4, 2024 from 2 pm-6 pm. at Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, August 5, 2024 at 10:00 am. at St. Paul RC Church in Ramsey. Interment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah.
