Virginia “Ginger” Zavoski departed this life on Wednesday, May 18th, 2022, holding her daughters’ hands. She was born in Suffern, NY on August 13th, 1943 to the late Joseph and Anna Zavoski.

Ginger grew up with her nine siblings in Mahwah. She then went on to have two daughters of her own and later, one granddaughter and three grandsons, who each held a very special place in her heart. Everyone who truly knew her, loved her.
Surviving is her daughter Bernadette (Barnes) Renna and her husband Anthony, their children Nicholas and his wife Madison, Lindsey, and Brian; Her daughter Michelle (Barnes) Daniels, her wife Lauren and their son, Bodhi. Once she passed, she was embraced by her late sister, Ann (Honey) and her brothers Daniel and John (Jackie). Surviving are her sisters Jean, Patricia, Dorothy, and JoAnn and brothers Joseph and Michael.
Ginger was also an adored aunt to many and will be cherished for eternity.
She is free, at last.
